She quickly learned through her role as a Recruiting/Training manager, success comes when everyone on the team is moving in the same direction. She used that philosophy as she managed 70+ employees for a multi-million dollar fitness club. She learned how to build relationships through outside sales and her time as a News Reporter/Meteorologist give her a background to speak to large groups, or engage during 1 on 1 interviews. Jillian and E3 share a passion to make a difference and know employee engagement can impact a business positively or negatively.
